🔥 Overview & Our Commitment
Fire Kingdom is a private, community-run RPG platform built on Discord and operated by FPK Studios. We built Scorchy Vision and the Fire Kingdom bot to serve our community — not to harvest data.
✅ We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your personal
information with third parties except where necessary to operate the platform. Full stop.
This policy is written plainly on purpose. If something is unclear, ask a staff member in the Discord server.
📋 What We Collect
We only collect what we actually need to run the platform. Here's everything, honestly:

⚠️ We do not collect your Discord password, email address, payment information,
real name, or any information beyond what is listed above.
⚙️ How We Use Your Data
- Discord User ID + Username: Verifying your identity when you log into Scorchy Vision via Discord OAuth. Linking your HUD session to your in-game character.
- IP Address: Detecting if a single access key is being used from multiple locations (key sharing). We log a warning — we do not take automated action based on IP alone.
- Access Key: Granting you entry to the Scorchy Vision HUD. Your key is personal and should not be shared.
- RPG Character Data: Running the game — battles, quests, shops, inventory, progression. This is the core of the platform.
🗂️ Data Retention
- RPG Character Data: Retained while you are an active member of Fire Kingdom. If you leave the server and request deletion, staff can remove your character data.
- Access Keys: Retained until revoked by staff or requested for deletion by you.
- IP Addresses: Stored as the last known IP per key — overwritten each time you visit. We do not maintain a historical log of your IPs.
- Session Timestamps: Updated each visit — only the most recent timestamp is retained.
- Discord Messages: The bot reads messages in channels it has access to in order to process commands. Message content is not stored unless it's a game action (e.g., a quest turn-in or item use).
⚖️ Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Know what we hold: Ask staff and we'll tell you exactly what data is stored for your account.
- Request deletion: Ask for your character data and access key to be deleted. We'll do it.
- Revoke access: You can stop using Scorchy Vision at any time. Your session cookies expire automatically.
- Correct your data: If your character data has an error, contact staff to fix it.

🛡️ Security
- All web traffic is served over HTTPS.
- Access keys are randomly generated cryptographic tokens — they cannot be guessed.
- Session cookies are HMAC-signed — they cannot be forged.
- Discord OAuth is used instead of passwords — we never see or store your Discord credentials.
- IP-based sharing detection alerts staff if a key is used from a new location.
🔒 Your access key is personal. Do not share it. If someone else uses your key and takes in-game actions,
you bear responsibility for that — key sharing is detectable and against community rules.
