📜 Acceptance of Terms
Using Scorchy Vision at fpkstudios.com, the Fire Kingdom Discord bot, or Fire Kingdom RPG activities means the person agrees. If they do not agree, they do not use the platform.
These terms sit with the Fire Kingdom Discord server rules. On a conflict, these terms govern the web platform and the bot. Discord server rules govern community conduct.
⚠️ Fire Kingdom is a private invite only platform. Access is a privilege granted by staff, not a right. The terms make expectations clear.
🔐 Eligibility & Access
- Staff alone grant Scorchy Vision and the bot RPG, at their discretion.
- Must be a member of the Fire Kingdom Discord server.
- Must have a valid Discord account in good standing.
- We set no minimum age of our own. Discord requires at least 13 years, or older in some countries.
- Staff may grant, restrict, or revoke access at any time and do not have to give a reason.
🔑 Access Keys
The Scorchy Vision access key is a personal credential. Treat it like a password.
- Do not share it.
- One Discord identity.
- Sharing an access key allows another to view HUD and join session. Do not share your key.
- Detectable from more than one IP address or more than one Discord account, and the key is flagged for staff review.
- Misuse means immediate revocation, no warning, no appeal, staff discretion.
- Report lost or compromised key to staff in Discord server. Staff revoke it and issue new one.
- A key does not end by itself. It ends when staff revoke it.
🔒 If another person uses the key and takes actions in the game, including spending currency, completing quests, or interacting with other players, the holder is responsible. Staff will not reverse actions taken under a key that was not kept private.
⚔️ Acceptable Use & Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Exploiting bugs or glitches for gain in the game. Report them instead.
- Automating the bot or the HUD, including bots, scripts, and macros.
- Trying to reach another player’s HUD session, data, or account.
- Interfering, including crash, overload, or reverse engineer of the bot or web server.
- Pretending to be another player or staff.
- Any illegal purpose under the laws of that person’s jurisdiction.
✅ Found a bug, tell a staff member. Good faith reports are appreciated and treated well.
🧙 In Game Content & Characters
- Character data is stored on our servers and tied to the Discord account. It has no value outside Fire Kingdom.
- FPK Studios owns all the content, systems, currencies, items, and world design. Nothing in the game is real world property or money.
- Currency and items have no real world value. They cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred outside the platform.
- Staff may adjust, correct, reset, or remove character data to keep balance, correct errors, or address rule violations.
- There is no guarantee that progression, items, or state in the game last forever. The game may be updated, reset, or retired.
⚡ Service Availability
- Provided as is, with no uptime promise.
- May go offline for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.
- Not liable for loss of progress in the game, data, or availability from downtime.
- Operated by FPK Studios for the community, not as a business, and not a commercial promise of uptime.
🚪 Termination of Access
Staff may revoke access to Scorchy Vision, the bot, or the Discord server at any time, including for the reasons that follow.
- Violation of these terms.
- Violation of Fire Kingdom Discord server rules.
- Key sharing or an unauthorized access attempt.
- Exploiting bugs or cheating.
- Conduct staff deem harmful to the community.
- Extended inactivity, at staff discretion.
Termination is final unless staff decide otherwise. There is no formal appeals process. The person may contact a staff member respectfully to talk about it.
⚠️ When access ends, the key is revoked and character data may be archived or deleted. No compensation in the game is owed.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
- FPK Studios and staff provide the platform without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- Not liable for loss of data, progress in the game, or service interruption.
- Not liable for what other people do on the platform, including other players.
- Total liability for any claim from use of the platform is zero dollars. This is a free private community service.
Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything the law does not allow to be excluded.
🔄 Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the platform changes.
- The last updated date at the top is revised.
- Significant changes are announced in the Fire Kingdom Discord server.
- Continued use after an update means the revised terms are accepted.
We try to be straightforward about what changed and why.
