📜 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Scorchy Vision at fpkstudios.com, using the Fire Kingdom Discord bot, or participating
in Fire Kingdom RPG activities, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These terms apply alongside the Fire Kingdom Discord server rules. In the event of a conflict,
these terms govern use of the web platform and bot; Discord server rules govern community conduct.
⚠️ Fire Kingdom is a private, invite-only platform. Access is a privilege granted by staff —
not a right. These terms exist to make expectations clear for everyone.
🔐 Eligibility & Access
- Access to Scorchy Vision and the bot's RPG features is granted exclusively by Fire Kingdom staff at their discretion.
- You must be a member of the Fire Kingdom Discord server to use the platform.
- You must have a valid Discord account in good standing.
- There is no minimum age enforced by us, but Discord's own Terms of Service require users to be at least 13 years old (or older depending on your country).
- Staff may grant, restrict, or revoke access at any time without being required to provide a reason.
🔑 Access Keys
Your Scorchy Vision access key is a personal credential. Treat it like a password.
- Do not share your key. Each key is tied to a single Discord identity. Sharing gives someone else access to your HUD and in-game session.
- Key sharing is detectable. Access from multiple IP addresses or Discord accounts flags your key for staff review.
- Key misuse results in immediate revocation without warning or appeal, at staff discretion.
- Lost or compromised key? Contact staff in the Discord server to have it revoked and reissued.
- Keys expire only when revoked by staff. There is no automatic expiry.
🔒 If another person uses your key and takes in-game actions — including spending currency, completing quests,
or interacting with other players — you bear responsibility for those actions. Staff will not reverse actions
taken under a key you failed to keep private.
⚔️ Acceptable Use & Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Exploiting bugs or glitches in the bot or web platform for in-game gain. Report them to staff instead.
- Automating interactions with the bot or HUD (bots, scripts, macros, etc.).
- Attempting to access other players' HUD sessions, data, or accounts.
- Interfering with the platform — including attempting to crash, overload, or reverse-engineer the bot or web server.
- Misrepresenting yourself as another player or as staff.
- Using the platform for any illegal purpose under the laws of your jurisdiction.
✅ Found a bug? Tell a staff member. We appreciate it and will treat good-faith reports well.
🧙 In-Game Content & Characters

Your character data (name, stats, XP, items, progression) is stored on our servers
and associated with your Discord account. It exists within the Fire Kingdom platform and has no value
outside of it.

FPK Studios retains full ownership of all in-game content, systems, currencies,
items, and world design. Nothing in the game constitutes real-world property or monetary value.

In-game currency and items have no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged,
sold, or transferred outside the platform.

Staff may adjust, correct, reset, or remove character data at any time to maintain game balance,
correct errors, or address rule violations.

We do not guarantee any in-game progression, items, or state will be preserved indefinitely.
The game may be updated, reset, or retired at any time.
⚡ Service Availability
- Scorchy Vision and the Fire Kingdom bot are provided "as-is" with no uptime guarantee.
- The platform may go offline for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues at any time.
- We are not liable for any loss of in-game progress, data, or availability resulting from downtime.
- The service is operated by FPK Studios on a non-commercial basis for the community. This is not a commercial SLA.
🚪 Termination of Access
Staff may revoke your access to Scorchy Vision, the bot, or the Discord server at any time,
including for (but not limited to):
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Violation of Fire Kingdom Discord server rules
- Key sharing or unauthorized access attempts
- Exploiting bugs or cheating
- Conduct that staff deem harmful to the community
- Extended inactivity (at staff discretion)
Termination is final unless staff decide otherwise. There is no formal appeals process —
but you may contact a staff member respectfully to discuss the situation.
⚠️ Upon termination, your access key is revoked and your character data may be archived or deleted.
No in-game compensation is owed for terminated accounts.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- FPK Studios and its staff provide this platform without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any loss of data, in-game progress, or service interruption.
- We are not liable for third-party actions on the platform, including actions taken by other players.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is zero dollars ($0) — this is a free, private community service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be
excluded under applicable law.
🔄 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service as the platform evolves. When we do:
- The "last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
- Significant changes will be announced in the Fire Kingdom Discord server.
- Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
We'll always try to be straightforward about what changed and why.
